About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Governance Lead to join our Risk & Governance Customer Communications Framework Team at Aviva.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st Line Assurance to ensure key customer communications framework controls and processes are fit for purpose and operating effectively to mitigate risks to our customers and business.
  • Manage and develop our customer insight and workflow management tool, delivering advanced reporting and analysis.
  • Advocate for our customers and represent our regulators' perspective, protecting our customers and business.
Requirements
  • Expertise in risk, control, and assurance methodology and its operation within the Financial Services Industry.
  • Understanding of Consumer Duty regulatory requirements and customer communications.
  • Good stakeholder management skills, effective communication, and influencing.
  • Strong analytical skills and a critical thinker, using data to build reporting, interpret output, identify trends, and demonstrate good outcomes for customers.
  • Planning, prioritizing, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, learning quickly.
What We Offer
  • Salary between circa £50,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
