About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Risk & Governance Customer Communications Framework Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our customer communications frameworks and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our customer communications frameworks
  • Provide guidance and oversight to a virtual team across the business to ensure effective customer communications
  • Design and deliver efficient, effective, and insightful processes, tools, and reporting to ensure good customer outcomes
  • Risk-focused assurance against framework adherence, targeting rapid identification of enhancement areas and support for remediation
  • Advocate for customers and represent the regulator's perspective
Requirements
  • Expertise in risk, control, and assurance methodology and its operation within the Financial Services Industry
  • Understanding of Consumer Duty regulatory requirements and customer communications
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly effective communication and influencing
  • Advanced planning, prioritizing, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical skills and a critical thinker, using data to build reporting, interpret output, identify trends, and demonstrate good customer outcomes
  • Experience leading people, including virtual teams across business areas and reporting lines
