**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager - Retail to drive the new relationship between our businesses and lead the distribution of the brand across the channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing and developing key accounts, thinking strategically to build relationships and enable growth for the brand.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute sales plans for a portfolio of customers, ensuring alignment with the company's channel plan.
  • Identify and secure new customers for the business, leveraging industry connections and relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all key customer relationships, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Strategize to maximize sales and gross profit from customer accounts, analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
  • Guide customers in utilizing the online aspect of our business, ensuring seamless integration and optimal results.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, informing business decisions and driving growth.
  • Implement agreed-upon promotional plans within defined investment budgets, measuring and evaluating their effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to drive sales growth, leveraging market insights and customer feedback.
