About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National Accounts Manager to join our team at Trinity Resource Solutions. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving commercial value and building strong relationships with our national clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Retention and Growth: Maintain and expand our national client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to increase revenue.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with client hotels by providing exceptional customer service, responding to their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Contract Management: Review, renew, and negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure commercial viability and maximize revenue.
  • Team Oversight: Supervise Area Service Managers for selective sites, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance targets.
  • Travel: Flexibility to travel and work nationally as required to meet with clients and conduct site visits.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Represent the Company: Represent Trinity Resource Solutions positively during client visits, ensuring a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Support Senior Account Director: Support the Senior Account Director in managing client accounts, providing input and guidance as needed.
  • Conduct Review Meetings: Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual review meetings with clients to discuss their needs, provide updates on our services, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure Commercial Viability: Ensure that all contracts and agreements are commercially viable, providing recommendations for improvement as needed.
  • Handle Enquiries: Handle day-to-day enquiries and provide full customer support, responding to client needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Train New Customers: Train new customers and Area Service Managers on our services and policies, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our offerings.
  • Liaise with Account Management Team: Liaise with the account management team on activities and issues, providing input and guidance as needed.
  • Attend Service Review Meetings: Attend service review meetings with customers and internally, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Arrange Customer Visits: Arrange customer visits to production facilities, ensuring that clients have a positive experience and are satisfied with our services.
  • Manage Account Closures: Manage customer account closures, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to minimize disruption and maintain a positive relationship.
  • Draft Price Lists and Proposals: Draft price lists and proposals, ensuring that they are accurate and meet the needs of our clients.
  • Assist with Drafting New Customer Contracts: Assist with drafting new customer contracts, ensuring that they are commercially viable and meet the needs of our clients.
  • Submit Reports: Submit weekly and monthly reports, providing updates on client activity and performance.
  • Report Service or Quality Issues: Report service or quality issues to General Managers, ensuring that they are addressed promptly and resolved to the client's satisfaction.
