Job Title: National Account Manager

Job Summary:

The Sterling Choice is seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team and lead our partnership with Aldi. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our relationship with Aldi, driving sales growth, and ensuring the success of our ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain a strong relationship with Aldi, understanding their business needs and preferences.
  • Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue, working closely with our New Product Development team to ensure alignment with Aldi's product roadmap.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction, making data-driven decisions to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record in retail account management, preferably with experience working with Aldi or similar retailers.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the food manufacturing industry, including ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook products.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
