We are in search of a competitive, driven, and dedicated individual who recognizes the vast potential for growth within the Electrical Wholesale Network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture relationships with targeted Electrical Wholesalers.
  • Develop and maintain a robust distributor network to enhance stock purchasing.
  • Conduct regular visits to key Electrical Wholesale Accounts to drive engagement.
  • Identify customer needs and leverage new business opportunities.
  • Create strategic business plans for targeted customer groups.
  • Organize and support trade events, including exhibitions and customer events.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales metrics and customer satisfaction trends.
  • Propose innovative strategies to enhance customer penetration.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Specification, and Marketing teams to achieve objectives.

The Ideal Candidate:

We welcome applications from experienced sales professionals with a proven track record in field sales, particularly within the electrical marketplace. You will be responsible for managing existing accounts while identifying and developing new opportunities within your designated area.

A technical background is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Successful candidates will possess excellent rapport-building skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to achieving sales targets. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ambition to make a significant impact.

Location: Ideally based in Middle England, but we encourage applications from all qualified candidates.
