Job Summary

The Charalle Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Facilities and Business Operations Manager. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and facilities management services to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  • Manage meeting room bookings, IT equipment, and refreshments as required.
  • Process and distribute mail, including DX, and handle legal documents such as photocopying, filing, and scanning.
  • Enter data, manage databases, and assist with archiving.
  • Order office supplies, couriers, and taxis as needed.
  • Perform manual handling and small repairs.
  • Handle cheques, petty cash, and reconciliations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an office junior, customer service, or administrative assistant is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required.
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills are essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • At least 5 GCSEs' grade A to C or equivalent is preferred.
