Care Support Specialist

Job Summary:
Komplex Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team nationwide. As a Care Support Specialist, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, including spinal cord injuries, acquired brain injuries, and other conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and catheter care.
- Assist clients with appointments and visits, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Work collaboratively with our clinical team, including Registered Nurses, to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
