Position Summary

  • Overseeing and directing your team during shifts
  • Coordinating resident care by working closely with families, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to establish and execute effective care strategies
  • Administering medications and maintaining accurate records
  • Performing risk evaluations
  • Supporting care assistants in helping residents with their daily activities, fostering independence and engagement
  • Partnering with management to improve service delivery

Qualifications

  • Preferably holding an NVQ Level 3 in health and social care
  • Strong organizational abilities, proficiency in IT, and effective delegation skills
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of care planning methodologies
  • Experience with or readiness to train in medication administration
  • A genuine commitment to improving the quality of life for residents
