Independent Living Coordinator Responsibilities
• Leadership & Management: Provide strong guidance to your team, ensuring staff are well-supported and motivated. Conduct regular supervisions, appraisals, and training sessions.

Independent Living Coordinator Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within social care.
• A relevant qualification in Health & Social Care.

• Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
