Lead Care Support Specialist

Position Summary
- Overseeing and directing your team during shifts
- Coordinating resident care by working closely with families, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to establish and execute effective care strategies
- Administering medications and maintaining accurate records
- Performing risk evaluations
- Supporting care assistants in helping residents with their daily activities, fostering independence and engagement
- Partnering with management to improve service delivery
- Upholding a friendly, inclusive, and professional atmosphere at all times

Qualifications
- Preferably holding an NVQ Level 3 in health and social care
- Strong organizational abilities, proficiency in IT, and effective delegation skills
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience
- Knowledge of care planning methodologies
- Experience with or readiness to train in medication administration
- A genuine commitment to improving the quality of life for residents
