Job Summary

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Finance Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transactions: Process purchase invoices, match to purchase orders, and manage the accounts payable inbox.
  • Supplier Management: Handle supplier enquiries, reconcile supplier statements, and investigate discrepancies.
  • Payment Processing: Prepare payment runs and support other members of the finance team as needed.
  • Communication: Liaise with operational teams, site managers, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Administrative Skills: Strong administration skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, vlookups, and pivot tables.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to organize workload effectively.
  • Previous Experience: Previous finance experience is a bonus, but not required.
