Financial Operations Coordinator

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Finance Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the finance team and ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Transactions: Process purchase invoices, match to purchase orders, and manage the accounts payable inbox.
- Supplier Management: Handle supplier enquiries, reconcile supplier statements, and investigate discrepancies.
- Payment Processing: Prepare payment runs and support other members of the finance team as needed.
- Communication: Liaise with operational teams, site managers, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Administrative Skills: Strong administration skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, vlookups, and pivot tables.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to organize workload effectively.
- Previous Experience: Previous finance experience is a bonus, but not required.
- Permanent Opportunity: A permanent role with a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum.
