Job Summary:

The Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily office operations to ensure a productive and efficient working environment at Red King Resourcing. The role involves managing administrative tasks, supporting staff and management, and maintaining office resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the team to manage daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by conducting regular stock checks and ordering new supplies as necessary.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail, in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and customers, providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries or directing them to the appropriate department.
