The Position

We are seeking a highly driven Marketing Specialist to help develop and oversee our B2B marketing campaigns to promote our brands and platform to wedding vendors across our 13 international markets. The successful candidate will be part of the international B2B team, working closely with colleagues across the UK, Europe, and India to drive vendor engagement, increase brand awareness and reputation amongst wedding professionals, and generate strong content that adds value for our wedding vendors and is used for demand generation campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from integrated campaigns to channel-specific initiatives that drive action, engagement, and retention from our vendors to support sales growth.
  • Support the Vendor Engagement Manager on bigger projects and day-to-day implementation of our international marketing strategy.
  • Develop and execute content plans, including blog posts, downloadable guides, webinars, and other engaging materials.
  • Ensure the local sales team's collateral is up to date and support smooth collaboration and communication between the two departments.
  • Take ownership of our vendor-facing social media channels.
  • Collaborate with the design team and internal stakeholders to produce promotional materials.
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program success.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry competitor analysis.
Requirements
  • Experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong attention to detail in crafting thoughtful communications.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to bring projects to life and ensure all puzzle pieces fit together perfectly.
  • Accountability-focused, with a data-obsessed approach to constantly optimise performance and find ways to measure impact.
  • Fluency in English is required, with any other European languages being a big plus, especially Italian.
  • A positive, proactive, and 'can-do' pragmatic attitude with a strong personal drive to achieve success.
