We help couples plan every aspect of their weddings, from finding inspiration and local wedding professionals to creating and managing all guest experiences, wedding registries, and more.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven Marketing Specialist to join our international B2B team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and overseeing B2B marketing campaigns to promote our brands and platform to wedding vendors across 13 international markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from integrated campaigns to channel-specific initiatives that drive action, engagement, and retention from vendors to support sales growth.
  • Support the Vendor Engagement Manager on bigger projects and day-to-day implementation of our international marketing strategy.
  • Develop and execute content plans, including blog posts, downloadable guides, webinars, and other engaging materials.
  • Ensure local sales teams have up-to-date collateral and support smooth collaboration and communication between departments.
  • Take ownership of vendor-facing social media channels.
  • Collaborate with the design team and internal stakeholders to produce promotional materials.
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program success.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry competitor analysis.
Requirements
  • Experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong attention to detail in crafting thoughtful communications.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to bring projects to life and ensure all puzzle pieces fit together perfectly.
  • Accountability-focused, with a passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization.
  • Fluency in English is required, with any other European languages being a plus, especially Italian.
  • A positive, proactive, and 'can-do' pragmatic attitude with a strong personal drive to achieve success.
