Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule daily activities for our installations and maintenance teams, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Utilize innovative technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.

Requirements:

  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience in administration, CRM systems, MS Office, customer service, call centre, or contact centre environments.
