Position Overview:

The primary objective is to fulfill the personal goals established by Clinique while significantly contributing to the account's success.

Maintain and enhance Clinique's image and reputation among customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Performance

Metrics:

Meet the sales targets set by the organization as communicated by the counter manager.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Target achievement percentage
  • Average Sale Value (A£S)
  • Items Per Transaction (IPT)
  • Market Outreach Base percentage (MOB%)
  • Skin School services completed

Proactively seek opportunities to enhance sales and service quality.

Clearly communicate product features and benefits to consumers.

Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the brand and its offerings.

Deliver personalized service to meet customer expectations and achieve sales goals.

Sales targets (as mentioned above)

Number of Skin Schools completed

Stay informed about new inventory, best-selling items, and stock availability.

Achieve daily sales objectives.

Serve as a role model, inspiring colleagues to meet established standards.

Take personal initiative for professional development.

Understand and embody the company culture while promoting the brand image consistently.

Engage in e-learning, coaching, and training.

Visual Merchandising

Metrics:

Maintain merchandising displays and ensure cleanliness standards, including testers and fixtures, reflecting the Clinique brand image and guidelines.

Ensure counter presentation aligns with marketing guidelines and communicate updates to the Senior Executive.

Adhere to all visual merchandising, hygiene, and brand standards, with weekly follow-ups on changes; communicate regularly with the Senior Executive and Counter Manager.

Implement visual merchandising solutions when faced with stock challenges.

Adhere to brand guidelines.

Share updates and images with Counter Manager and Senior Executive.

Report any health and safety or maintenance issues to the Counter Manager and Senior Executive immediately.

Training and Development

Metrics:

Complete self-directed learning modules as outlined by the counter manager.

Finish e-learning within six months of starting with Clinique.

Build relationships with key agency partners to train and coach agency staff and generic teams to support the achievement of retail goals.

Achieve sales results for new product launches.

Agency staff sales performance.

Generic staff training initiatives.

Work independently or collaboratively to provide high-touch, personalized Clinique Travel Retail services to all customers.

Number of Skin Schools completed.

Quality of service provided to customers.

Qualifications:

Additional Responsibilities/Experience:

Adhere to appearance standards and personal conduct.

Demonstrate a passion for the Clinique brand.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt.

Engage effectively in conversations.

Show initiative and proactivity.

Possess strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.

Work independently, manage pressure, and remain self-motivated.

Utilize communication platforms effectively.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and special events in a dynamic environment.

Prior experience in retail is preferred.

Previous management experience in similar roles is advantageous.

Applicants must possess a valid passport for airport work.

To obtain an airside pass, candidates must provide a verifiable five-year work/education history and pass a security clearance from the relevant airport authority.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate their right to live and work in the country if invited for an interview.
