Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Travel Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our travel retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Service:
    • Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
    • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
    • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Clinique products and services, enabling effective product recommendations and sales.
  • Merchandising and Visual Display:
    • Ensure that all visual displays and merchandising materials are maintained to the highest standard, reflecting the Clinique brand image and guidelines.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a visually appealing and engaging store environment.
  • Education and Training:
    • Complete all required e-learning modules and training programs, ensuring a high level of product knowledge and sales skills.
    • Participate in regular coaching and training sessions to enhance sales and customer service skills.
  • Other Duties:
    • Adhere to Clinique's appearance guidelines and personal standards.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, agency partners, and customers.
    • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
    • Previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events.
    • Previous experience in a management role, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
