Visual Merchandising
Metrics:
Maintain merchandising displays and ensure cleanliness of counters, including testers and fixtures, in accordance with Clinique's standards.
Ensure the counter is merchandised according to marketing guidelines and maintain communication with the Senior Executive.
Adhere to all visual merchandising, counter hygiene, and brand guidelines, following up weekly on any changes; communicate regularly with the Senior Executive and Counter Manager regarding any out-of-stock challenges.
Adhere to brand guidelines.
Share visual updates with Counter Manager and Senior Executive.
Report any health and safety or maintenance issues to the Counter Manager and Senior Executive immediately.
Training and Development
Metrics:
Complete self-directed learning modules as assigned by the counter manager.
Finish e-learning within six months of starting with Clinique.
Build relationships with key agency partners to train and coach agency staff and generic teams to support the achievement of retail goals.
Achieve sales targets for new products.
Monitor agency staff sales performance.
Conduct training for generic staff.
Work independently or collaboratively to provide high-touch, personalized Clinique Travel Retail services to all customers.
Number of Skin Schools completed.
Quality of service provided to customers.
Qualifications:
Additional Duties/Experience:
Adhere to appearance standards and personal conduct.
Demonstrate a passion for the Clinique brand.
Ability to learn quickly and maintain compliance.
Possess strong conversational skills.
Exhibit initiative and proactivity.
Demonstrate effective communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Ability to work independently, under pressure, and remain self-motivated.
Communicate effectively via Teams Channel.
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and special events in a dynamic environment.
Previous retail experience is preferred.
Management experience in similar roles is advantageous.
Applicants must possess a valid passport for airport work.
To obtain an airside pass, candidates must provide a verifiable five-year work/education history and satisfactory security clearance from the relevant airport authority.
Applicants must provide proof of eligibility to live and work in the country if invited for an interview.
