Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Trainer to join our team at MAC Travel Retail EMEA. As a Resident Trainer, you will play a key role in training and developing our retail artists to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our retail artists.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure our artists are up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and techniques.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to our artists to improve their performance and customer service skills.
  • Collaborate with our retail team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of new product launches and promotions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the MAC brand.
  • Fluent English language skills.
