Exciting Opportunity for a Resident Trainer at M∙A∙C & Bobbi Brown
This is an exceptional chance to join our team as a Resident Trainer, supporting the Artist Training and development of M∙A∙C and Bobbi Brown Artists at Gatwick Airport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of M∙A∙C and Bobbi Brown Artists.
- Lead by example, demonstrating excellence in product knowledge, makeup artistry, and customer service.
- Ensure accounts exceed sales targets through effective counter work and team leadership.
- Assist with core trainings, workshops, and retail events as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a makeup artist with retail experience in M∙A∙C/Bobbi Brown.
- Preferably, experience in airport retail.
- Successful completion of the first four Retail Certification skills (Verbal Skill Certification, MU 10 Certification, MU Application 20 Certification, and False Lash Application).
- Fluent English language skills.
- Full driving license.
