  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity to ensure Harrods remains competitive.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a retail background, ideally within senior sales, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. You will be a strong communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You will also need:

  • Previous experience within retail or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine interest and passion for Harrods and the luxury retail industry.
  • Self-motivation to learn and develop product and industry knowledge.
  • An out-of-the-box thinking mentality to surprise and delight customers with exceptional customer service.
  • A strong ability to work within a team.
  • Great organizational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.
  • Ability to work morning and evening shifts as well as weekends.
