Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Travel Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our airport retail locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance
    • Achieve daily sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store
    • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Customer Service
    • Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience
    • Build strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business
  • Merchandising and Visual Display
    • Ensure that store displays and fixtures are maintained to the highest standard, reflecting the Clinique brand image and guidelines
    • Implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and engagement
  • Education and Training
    • Complete self-learning modules and e-learning programs to enhance product knowledge and skills
    • Participate in training and coaching sessions to develop sales and customer service skills
Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • Previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong sales and customer service skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
    • Knowledge of luxury skincare and beauty products
