Airport Eligibility Criteria:
- Five years of continuous references are required to obtain an airport pass, which can include employment or educational references without any gaps.
- A Criminal Records Bureau Check will be conducted by InMotion upon successful application.
- Valid photographic identification, such as a passport or UK Driving Licence, is necessary.
Responsibilities of a Team Leader:
- Team Leaders are integral members of the management team, responsible for empowering staff to reach their full potential while driving sales and maintaining high service standards.
- Cultivating a culture of learning, support, and recognition by identifying opportunities for personal development, product knowledge enhancement, and self-awareness in a welcoming environment.
- Collaborating with the management team to establish clear, measurable targets for colleagues, which will be regularly reviewed.
- Ensuring a sense of pride within the store by maintaining high standards for both colleagues and customer facilities, while adhering to safety and legal regulations.
Desired Qualifications:
- Recent experience in retail leadership or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced setting, with a solid understanding of key performance indicators.
- A proactive approach to leadership, actively engaging with the team on the shop floor.
- Proven track record in developing team members, fostering a supportive, productive, and inclusive atmosphere.
- Ability to energize, influence, and motivate store management and teams to achieve outstanding service and performance.
- Highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic retail environment.
