This role is essential for delivering a diverse range of shifts tailored to meet business requirements, focusing on imparting knowledge to the team regarding specific service and artistry techniques, alongside M∙A∙C & Bobbi Brown principles.
In this position, 80% of the Training Specialist's responsibilities will involve facilitating the training and development of M∙A∙C Artists, while the remaining 20% will concentrate on the training and development of Bobbi Brown Artists.
The Training Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring that sales targets are surpassed by actively engaging on the counters and setting a standard for exceptional product knowledge, makeup artistry, and customer service, all while adhering to hygiene protocols.
Additionally, the Training Specialist will assist with core training sessions and workshops for M∙A∙C & Bobbi Brown as needed, and may participate in retail and special events as required.
Applicants should possess comprehensive makeup training and retail experience with M∙A∙C/Bobbi Brown, with a preference for candidates who have experience in airport retail settings.
For those who have previously served as M∙A∙C Retail Artists, successful completion of the initial four Retail Certification skills is ideal:

- MU Application 20 Certification
- False Lash Application
Travel Retail is characterized by a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial atmosphere; therefore, candidates should exhibit a positive, adaptable, hands-on, and dedicated attitude.
Fluency in English is mandatory, and candidates should be located in the UK near Gatwick Airport. Please note that no relocation package or company visa sponsorship is available.
Occasional travel for meetings and conferences may be required, and applicants must possess a full driving license due to the nature of the role.
