IT Support Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Specialist to join our team at Estio Training Limited. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing first-level support under supervision, addressing basic software and hardware queries, and participating in training and development activities as part of the apprenticeship curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in daily IT operations and maintenance tasks.
  • Provide first-level support under supervision, addressing basic software and hardware queries.
  • Participate in training and development activities as part of the apprenticeship curriculum.

Requirements:

  • 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent, including English Language and Maths.
  • A passion for IT, demonstrated through activities like building and supporting computers for family and friends, or managing a home lab.

Training and Development:

Estio apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry experienced training team. Throughout the apprenticeship, learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.

Accredited Qualification:

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Information Communications Technician, with training in how to efficiently operate and control your ICT infrastructure, use infrastructure management tools, prioritise systems support tasks, and maintain regulatory, legal and professional standards.
