About the Role:
Evoke Staffing Ltd is seeking a skilled Communications Executive to join our team. As a key member of our customer support department, you will be responsible for capturing feedback and service provision from new and existing valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure seamless customer experience
- Investigate customer complaints and concerns, providing empathetic and professional communication
- Communicate changes to customers in a positive and understanding manner, offering additional solutions when necessary
- Document all customer interactions and correspondence accurately
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, prioritizing their needs and concerns
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer-centric role, with a focus on relationship building and customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and offer creative solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with a focus on clarity and professionalism
