About the Role:

Evoke Staffing Ltd is seeking a skilled Communications Executive to join our team. As a key member of our customer support department, you will be responsible for capturing feedback and service provision from new and existing valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Investigate customer complaints and concerns, providing empathetic and professional communication
  • Communicate changes to customers in a positive and understanding manner, offering additional solutions when necessary
  • Document all customer interactions and correspondence accurately
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, prioritizing their needs and concerns

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-centric role, with a focus on relationship building and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and offer creative solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with a focus on clarity and professionalism
