Customer Experience Assistant

**Who? **GoSkydive is the UK’s leading Tandem Skydiving Centre, and the only centre specialising in tandem skydives for first timers. Modelled on customer centric ‘experience’ centres, GoSkydive delivers more than tandem skydives, it delivers a whole end-to-end customer experience. Customer service is at the heart of the GoSkydive brand which promises to deliver a true adventure experience to all customers
**What? **GoSkydive is looking for a new Customer Experience assistant to assist with our customer-centric skydiving programme, within our Media department and Reception. It is our goal to provide a safe, fun and welcoming environment for first time skydivers; we pride ourselves in offering the highest possible standards of safety and customer service at our drop zone on the outskirts of Salisbury, Wiltshire.
**What does the role involve? **This role is a customer service role helping our customers through their whole skydiving journey. Your typical day as a customer experience team member will involve welcoming our guests arriving for the first-time, assisting with their check-in and collecting customers once they have landed.
**Who's the ideal person for this job? **We are looking for someone energetic who shares our passion for excellent customer service, you need to have a great personality and able to engage with our customers. You need to have a can-do attitude, be able to work well independently and within a team with good computer knowledge.
**When will I work? **We operate Thursday-Sunday with bank holiday Mondays too. Our customer experience team are required to be flexible with their working hours as we are a weather dependent activity, so there are longer hours in the summer with shorter hours in the winter.
**What skills should I have?**
- Relevant customer service experience
- Energetic Individual able to maintain high levels of energy throughout the day
- Confident and outgoing
- Flexible with working hours
- Able to work every weekend and bank holidays, with early starts and late finishes
