About the Role
The SPA Administrator will provide exceptional customer service to patients and professionals contacting the Single Point of Access (SPA) by telephone, email, and post. This role requires high levels of administrative and communication skills, with the ability to work proactively as part of a team.
Main Responsibilities
- Screen and direct incoming referrals to the relevant professionals, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Work with clinical colleagues to ensure patients are directed to the correct services in line with agreed ways of working.
- Record all referrals for service users and carers on various client information systems, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
- Provide information and signpost to the public on HCRG Care Group services and alternative services provided by other statutory and voluntary agencies.
- Collate, book, and send information and appointment letters to patients.
