About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our Asset Management team. As a key member of our Service Support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our asset management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Asset Management team, including maintaining databases and analyzing data.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers and other areas of the business, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Support all areas within Asset Management, including project management and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Use initiative, problem-solving, and analytical skills to ensure the delivery of a customer-focused service to a high standard.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience of MS Office Suite.
  • Experience working in an administrative or office environment.
  • Good level of attention to detail and accuracy skills.
  • Good organization skills with the ability to deliver effectively when working to tight deadlines.
  • Good level of literacy and numeracy.
