About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Asset Management Delivery Coordinator to join our Service Support team within Asset Management at LiveWest. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our processes and procedures, and will have the opportunity to learn about Asset Management Delivery and contribute to its growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of Asset Management Delivery processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of Asset Management services.
  • Provide administrative support to the Asset Management team, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of Asset Management documentation and training materials.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of Asset Management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
