Position Title: Service Charge Coordinator

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Compensation: £13.81 per hour PAYE

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in the role of Service Charge Coordinator. They are focused on expanding their services and currently operate across a broad region, contributing significantly to the local economy and maintaining numerous jobs within the sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering vital and thorough assistance to the Service Charge Team.
  • Collecting data and collaborating with team members across various departments.
  • Evaluating the appropriate charges to be applied to relevant schemes based on gathered information.
  • Creating detailed reports that outline service charges and cost distribution.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience as an Administrator within a Finance or Service Charge context.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with Purchase Order and invoicing systems.
  • Capable of managing tasks and responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency.
Position Overview:
This role offers a dynamic and engaging opportunity to be part of a growing organization, with a standard workweek of 37 hours on a hybrid basis. Initially, this position is set for a duration of six months, with the potential for extension.
