Position Overview

The Senior Shopper Insights Executive plays a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives related to our website and app by analyzing and enhancing shopper experiences. This position requires a deep understanding of customer behavior and the ability to foster strong relationships both internally and externally to elevate the customer journey and improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Shopper Insights Manager to cultivate a comprehensive understanding of customer shopping patterns.
  • Educate the broader organization on customer shopping behaviors to inform decision-making across all touchpoints.
  • Enhance our online customer journeys by identifying and executing strategic improvement opportunities that boost customer satisfaction and sales.
  • Work in tandem with ecommerce development teams and external partners to create compelling business cases for testing new features and technologies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies.
  • Build and maintain robust stakeholder relationships through effective communication and collaboration with various departments.
  • Oversee the evaluation and testing of new features to ensure they meet customer and business requirements.
  • Develop strategies for ecommerce features, including best practices and guidelines to facilitate smooth transitions to operational teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in ecommerce, retail, or FMCG, ideally in a customer-centric role.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools.
  • Proven ability to engage stakeholders and communicate effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Relevant degree from a recognized institution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
