Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creation and maintenance of sales collateral materials, including researching industry trends and updates to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Development of regular insights and market intelligence documentation to inform strategic conversations with customers.
  • Management of key stakeholder relationships within the CRM platform.
  • Providing commercial and account teams with sales reports and data analysis to support business decisions.
  • Ownership of the internal MBR reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate data collection and analysis.
  • Acting as a liaison point for business unit interfaces, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Responsible for providing ad-hoc support to the Marketing Manager and Accounts team.
  • Provision of commercial support at trade events, as required.
  • Management of key SLT LinkedIn account processes, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.
  • Researching strategic commercial trade event opportunities to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and data insights.
  • Intermediate math skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Intermediate computer literacy, with proficiency in CRM platforms and presentation design.
  • Understanding of industry sectors, including FMCG and retail, and the transport and logistics landscape.
  • Intermediate reporting skills, with the ability to create clear and concise reports.
  • Administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
