Visa is seeking a Risk Management Strategist to join our dynamic team

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing risk mitigation strategies for new business and payment technologies. Your expertise in financial services risk management practices will be instrumental in safeguarding Visa's operations and ensuring the security of our global network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative risk mitigation strategies for emerging business models and payment technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk considerations into product development and launch processes.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging threats to identify potential risks.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders on risk management best practices.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate risk assessments and mitigation plans to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in risk management within the financial services industry.
  • Deep understanding of payment systems, fraud prevention techniques, and cybersecurity protocols.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
