In the role of Lead Risk Management Strategist, you will be instrumental in overseeing risk-related initiatives within the organization. You will spearhead Risk Management projects, work alongside global teams, and provide guidance to junior colleagues. Your proficiency will be vital in formulating risk management frameworks, performing evaluations, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, assess, and oversee the risk control landscape
  • Direct risk evaluations and reporting mechanisms
  • Craft operational risk scenarios
  • Partner with business units to pinpoint emerging risks
  • Prepare documentation for both internal and external risk disclosures
  • Assist business divisions in establishing key controls
  • Facilitate Enterprise Risk Management training and communication efforts

Qualifications:

A minimum of several years of experience in insurance or a related sector, particularly focusing on Property & Casualty commercial lines. Comprehensive understanding of risk management principles and regulatory frameworks is essential. Strong project management capabilities, the ability to work independently, and exceptional communication skills are required.

Educational Background:

Possess a Risk Management certification or a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial Science, or a related discipline.
