About the Role:

This role involves defining and executing Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) strategy across LexisNexis Risk Solutions in EMEA. The leader must stay updated on FCC compliance requirements, industry trends, and compliance practices.

  • Responsible for achieving revenue targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • In partnership with other Market Planning team members, develop and execute an EMEA FCC strategy, aligning with global FCC priorities and other functions across LNRS.
  • Identify growth opportunities for the FCC business across EMEA and develop strategies to accelerate revenue. Develop M&A opportunities in line with global FCC and business services strategy.
  • Collaborate with Product and Data teams to develop FCC Product strategies and roadmaps, along with associated business cases.
  • Partner with Sales to win new business, expand existing relationships, and drive referrals.
  • Partner with Marketing to expand market presence, heighten brand awareness and trust, and drive qualified leads to Sales.
  • Provide insight and research on competitive intelligence, market sizing, industry trends, regulatory trends, and market drivers to inform strategy and improve knowledge sharing across the organisation.
  • Clearly communicate global FCC strategy to the wider organisation in EMEA.
  • Business acumen and strategic planning.
