We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Planning Strategist to join our Groups and Events Team. This role involves managing and delivering the final details for client events at our hotel.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of groups and events planning within a luxury hotel operation. They should be proficient in IT applications, including Opera, Delphi, and Salesforce, and possess excellent sales and negotiation skills.
As an Event Planning Strategist, you will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with clients throughout the planning process, coordinating site inspections and menu tastings as needed. You will also attend weekly events meetings with the F&B and Operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes 28 days of holiday per year, complimentary meals, and access to our company pension scheme.
