About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Strategist to join our Edge Team. As a Technical Data Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders and other roles within the tribe, translating requirements into both functional and data specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and meticulously document business requirements and processes.
  • Translating requirements into user stories, testing scenarios, success criteria, and user documentation.
  • Providing comprehensive training and support to end-users and other team members on data-related tools and processes.
  • Performing analysis on existing systems; identifying options for potential solutions and assessing for both technical and business suitability.

Requirements

  • Have an understanding of SQL, Python, or other programming languages used for data manipulation, ETL tools like Informatica, Talend, Streamsets.
  • Have the ability to build effective relationships across the organization and influence stakeholders to action.
  • Display proven experience as a Business Analyst identifying and delivering improvements that make a difference.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of data cataloging, data management, analysis, and processing. Experience of working in an Agile, Scrum, or Kanban environment.
  • Have an understanding of process and data flow & creation of related artifacts.
  • Have excellent communication skills that allow for effective communication across all levels of the organization.

As a Business Analyst, you will be joining a team of curious, collaborative Business Analysts, also working alongside the Software Engineering team.
