Lead Risk and Resilience Strategist

Overview:
As a pivotal member of DWH Recruitment, the Lead Risk and Resilience Strategist will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' governance and risk management frameworks. This position focuses on operational resilience, compliance, and third-party oversight, providing comprehensive support across various sectors of the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
1. Collaborate with engagement leaders to understand client operations and identify areas for enhancement.
2. Foster strong client relationships, working closely to develop strategic plans and objectives.
3. Mentor and guide team members, promoting innovative working methods that align with client expectations.
4. Deliver insightful reports and outcomes that meet the defined objectives of each engagement.
5. Stay informed about market trends to cultivate new client relationships and opportunities.
6. Lead discussions on industry insights and significant shifts in risk management practices.
7. Drive business development initiatives, including preparing proposals and participating in client presentations.
8. Support the development of market-leading tools and methodologies that set us apart from competitors.
9. Take ownership of your professional growth, ensuring you possess the necessary skills for current and future demands.
10. Actively contribute to team development initiatives, enhancing the workplace culture within Risk and Resilience Management.

Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Familiarity with governance, risk, and control frameworks, as well as third-party risk management.
- Experience in operating model transformations, including business requirements definition and process design.
- Proven project management capabilities, including planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Background in technology implementation within transformation initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear reports and impactful presentations.
- Flexibility in approach, managing multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
