Lead Risk and Resilience Strategist

Overview:
As a pivotal member of our team at DWH Recruitment, the Lead Risk and Resilience Strategist will engage in comprehensive resilience and risk management initiatives. This role encompasses governance, non-financial risk, operational resilience, compliance, and third-party oversight, catering to diverse sectors within the financial services landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
1. Collaborate with the engagement leader to oversee various aspects of client engagements.
2. Facilitate discussions with clients to gain insights into their operations, identifying areas for enhancement.
3. Cultivate enduring client relationships, working together to establish objectives and expectations.
4. Mentor and guide team members in adopting innovative methodologies that align with client goals.
5. Deliver comprehensive reports and outcomes, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
6. Stay attuned to market trends and industry needs to foster new client relationships and opportunities.
7. Lead conversations on industry insights and significant shifts in risk management.
8. Drive business development efforts through existing and new client relationships, including preparing proposals and participating in pitches.
9. Collaborate with proposition leaders to create market-leading tools and techniques that set us apart from competitors.
10. Take ownership of your professional development to remain equipped with relevant skills for the future.

- Proficiency in technology implementation across transformation initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce concise reports and deliver engaging presentations.
