About our Team:

Our team collaborates with clients and internal stakeholders to develop innovative risk management solutions. We work with over 100 countries, including banks, Fintechs, global corporates, and other industries, to provide cost-effective and reliable risk management services.

About the Role:

This leadership position is responsible for defining and executing the Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) strategy across LexisNexis Risk Solutions in EMEA. The ideal candidate will stay up-to-date with FCC compliance requirements, industry trends, and compliance practices.

  • Drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and execute an EMEA FCC strategy, aligned with global FCC priorities and other business functions.
  • Identify growth opportunities for the FCC business in EMEA and develop strategies to accelerate revenue.
  • Collaborate with Product and Data teams to develop FCC Product strategies and roadmaps, as well as associated business cases.
  • Partner with Sales to win new business, expand existing relationships, and drive referrals.
  • Work closely with Marketing to expand market presence, enhance brand awareness, and drive qualified leads to Sales.
  • Provide insights and research on competitive intelligence, market sizing, industry trends, regulatory trends, and market drivers to inform strategy and improve knowledge sharing.
  • Communicate global FCC strategy to the wider organization in EMEA.
  • Business acumen and strategic planning.
