Job Description

LA International Computer Consultants Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our clients' IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT infrastructure issues, including hardware, printers, mobile phones, and executive support.
  • Manage incident queues and vendor relationships.
  • Handle customer calls and executive user management.
  • Manage communication with customers.
  • Respond to reactive or proactive incidents in a timely manner.
  • Record and document incident tickets.
  • Monitor and respond to incoming incidents via various channels.
Requirements:
  • Experience supporting Windows 7 and 10, both onsite and remotely.
  • Knowledge of supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10 laptops and desktops, tablets, and handheld devices.
  • Extensive knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware and software management.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows, tablet device configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of O365 products and services.
  • Knowledge of device security and antivirus programs.
  • PowerShell scripting knowledge.
  • Proven experience in desktop support and remote support roles.
