Position Summary: The Operations Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the Head of Operations by managing the logistics of waste transportation and ensuring compliance with all necessary legal documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee the scheduling and tracking of waste shipments, ensuring all legal paperwork is accurately completed and stored for compliance.
  • Plan and organize operational tasks, delegating responsibilities to clients and transport providers.
  • Utilize SAP/WR1 for job creation and management, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in recording all associated costs and charges.
  • Confirm collection needs with disposal facilities.
  • Proactively monitor operational activities to identify potential issues early, communicating effectively with the Head of Operations to address them.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in the waste management sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with a preference for experience in SAP/WR1.

Work Environment: This is a full-time position with a hybrid working model anticipated in the future.
