About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator / Consultant to join our team at Onyx-Conseil. As a Salesforce Administrator / Consultant, you will be responsible for driving adoption and user engagement with the platform across multiple departments to create real value, both in terms of quick wins and longer-term strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize user experience, ensuring the provision of appropriate layouts, features, and access levels
- Identify process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and increase efficiency
- Use AI and automation tools within Salesforce to boost productivity
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical people
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, including administration and implementation
- Experience with Salesforce customization and configuration
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
