Job Overview:
In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to assess business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide strategic solutions through Salesforce and other digital technologies. This position plays a key role in driving business transformation, managing risk, and optimizing processes to enhance organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis & Strategic Thinking:
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and align these with overall business strategy and Salesforce functionality.
- Risk Management & Reporting:
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess risk management practices, develop reporting mechanisms, and implement solutions to enhance risk and controls across business functions.
- Change and Transformation:
- Support change initiatives and transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements. Work on process re-engineering to streamline operations.
- Business Process Re-engineering (BPR):
- Lead and support BPR efforts to improve operational efficiency by analyzing current business workflows and redesigning them for optimization.
- Digital and Technology Functional Designs:
- Collaborate with technical teams to define functional designs, ensuring that Salesforce implementations meet business requirements and comply with organizational standards.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with stakeholders, both internally and externally, to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure alignment with the strategic objectives.
- Change Management:
- Develop and implement change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies.
- Process Improvements:
- Continuously identify and recommend areas for improvement within the business processes, leveraging Salesforce and other tools for enhanced efficiency.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of risk management and controls.
- Experience in change and transformation projects, particularly related to digital transformation and technology.
- Expertise in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically about business needs.
- Experience with process improvements and change management frameworks.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Consultant are desirable.
