Our esteemed public sector client is seeking a dedicated Finance Assistant to support their finance department on a temporary basis.
Compensation: £14.71ph to £17.96ph
Key Responsibilities:
You will play a vital role in assisting the finance team with a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Monitoring salary distributions
- Compiling and analyzing financial data
- Processing journal entries
- Managing insurance administration
- Reviewing control accounts and implementing corrective measures
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will be a proactive multi-tasker capable of working independently and efficiently.
Essential Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a financial setting.
- 4 GCSEs including Maths and English at Grade C or above, or an equivalent qualification.
Skills Required:
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.

- Proficiency in financial systems and accounting reconciliations.
- Ability to reconcile and manage large volumes of financial data accurately.
