Construction Site Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a Construction Site Operations Coordinator to become an integral part of our team at Barratt Developments PLC. In this pivotal role, you will assist the Site Manager in overseeing the progression of the construction site until its completion, ensuring that objectives related to Schedule, Quality, and Budget are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Site Manager in organizing trades, direct labor, and materials to align with the production schedule.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure compliance with all operational procedures.
- Act as a substitute for the Site Manager when necessary.
- Provide comprehensive support and direction to the on-site construction team.
- Deliver outstanding customer service in accordance with company standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing construction schedules.
- Strong assertiveness to ensure the achievement of targets.
- Membership in the Chartered Institute of Builders or possession of an NVQ qualification in Construction Management.
- Thorough understanding of Health and Safety regulations, NHBC standards, and Building Codes.
- Experience in addressing all aspects of Customer Service.
