We are seeking a skilled Transport Operations Coordinator to join our team at Gregory Distribution. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the transportation of goods, ensuring that our customers receive their deliveries on time and in full.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize the transportation of goods, including scheduling and routing.
- Collaborate with our warehouse team to ensure that trailers and vehicles are available when required.
- Communicate with internal and external customers to confirm delivery times and schedules.
- Monitor and analyze transportation data to identify areas for improvement and optimize routes.
- Ensure that all contracted work is covered in line with customer expectations.
